Meet DOUG

After 25+ years in technology with varied roles from Customer Service/Order Management to Financial Planning & Analysis and Go-To Market Sales Operations, I’m thrilled to be part of a close-knit, caring, team who go above and beyond to exceed client expectations. I’ve always viewed myself, at heart, as a Customer Service Rep. I often ask myself: how can I provide the highest level of service and support to those with whom I interact? Whether it’s Clients, business partners, my direct manager, or peers, I find great joy knowing they’re getting an exceptional level of support toward their goals and desired outcomes. I certainly appreciate it when I receive that level of service, so why would I expect any less from myself? It sometimes feels like that level of service is a dying art form, which inspires me to not lose sight of such a valuable approach toward the work I do. As a long-time Pleasanton resident, dad to a high school daughter and college age son, and spouse to a Kindergarten teacher, I understand the desire for folks to call the Tri-Valley home. I’m grateful to play one small role in helping our clients find just the right home.
